My way: Here's how I do it
Step 1: We’ll set a specific goal you’d like to achieve—such as putting together an exhibition, creating a print series, launching a new website, or whatever else you’ve had in mind. Of course, you may have multiple goals, which you can then prioritize as you see fit. You’ll also set a timeframe for when you’d like to have achieved one of your goals. I recommend either six or twelve months.
Step 2: Next, I’ll develop an action plan to guide our process, along with the individual steps required to achieve it.
Step 3: We’ll discuss this plan; if you’d like to make any changes (which is possible at any time) or have specific requests and ideas, I’ll of course incorporate them into the plan. If you don’t like this plan, that’s fine, too.
My work begins

- Setting interim goals and working toward benchmarks; if necessary, connecting you with service providers such as copyright attorneys, tax advisors, IT designers, licensing agents, and many more

My offer
I offer a subscription model for billing my services. I provide Steps 1 and 2 at no cost. For Step 3, I charge a one-time fee of 120 €. If it’s not too far, I’d be happy to come by in person. Otherwise, we can also discuss the action plan online via a Zoom or Teams meeting, or over the phone.
Abo basic
“BASIC” includes 10 hours of coaching and project work. I charge €130 per hour, which I also offer as individual sessions. I am offering “Basic” at a discounted rate—through September 30, 2026—for €1,150.00 (plus 19% VAT) instead of €1,300.00.
Half of the price is due in advance, and the other half is due upon achieving the agreed-upon goal or after six months at the latest. This includes joint phone calls, chats, and emails.
Abo premium
“Premium” includes 15 hours of coaching, project work, and at least two in-person meetings, as well as phone calls, chats, emails, and supplementary materials such as books, information, and handouts.
Instead of €1,950.00, I’m offering a discounted rate of €1,800.00 (plus 19% VAT) through September 30, 2026, with half of the amount due in advance and the other half due upon achieving the agreed-upon goal or after twelve months at the latest.
