Flight time: Let yourself drift on the waves of your imagination.
Menu selection: Lemon sorbet, homemade. Here’s what you’ll need: 225 ml lemon juice, 225 ml water, 225 g sugar, 1 egg white, 1 handful of lemon balm or peppermint.
Heat the sugar in the water—add the lemon juice—let it rest for 1 hour—beat the egg white until stiff and gently fold it into the lemon-sugar mixture—transfer it to an ice cream maker or a sealable container in the freezer—stir every half hour until the desired consistency is reached! Bon appétit!
